Fix: Character Routes Locked

Sorry for the repeated messages today, it's a big day. :D

I was alerted to a bug where the character routes are stuck locked for some players. I've updated the game to (hopefully) resolve this issue, but it does take some action.

If you find the character routes are locked for Julian, Quinn, and Brandon, please try replaying any single one of Sebastian's endings to trigger the unlock code. (This can be done from an existing save file.) This code has been updated to (hopefully) trigger properly now.

If this does not work, please let me know! This is a bug.

In the meantime, if this fix does not work and you're still stuck, I've added a new "magic word" to ONLY unlock the character routes for Julian, Brandon, Quinn, and 'secret character'. This new command does not change anything regarding CGs, achievements, etc.
