Shirtless sprites & short delay on next release

Fun part first! Sketches for Quinn & Sebastian's shirtless sprites! Should be done next week.

I'll post the final sprites when they're ready. :)

January Release Delayed (but for good reasons!)

I can't believe the date! Where did all my time go?!

I've been working hard on Julian's 'Mind Your Business' route, and... well... there have been some new additions.

This path in Julian's route will have 2 brand new endings! (NOT rewritten old endings, but sparkly shiny new.) These new endings branch off from Ending #8 "Virtually Zero". 

(Some spoiler info at the end of this post.)

This means Julian's route now has 13 endings.

Because I've been writing these endings, it's obviously taking more time than I anticipated.

Here's the current status:

Going clockwide from 'done'.

66.7% done is the "Follow Julian" route.

12.1% is the existing content that has already been edited, updated, and is ready to be coded.

9.1% has gone through basic editing and is ready to code. This section will take longer to code because expressions, backgrounds, music, line lengths, etc are not included (unlike the previous paragraph).

3.0% is the last new ending, which I am currently writing. It will need basic editing when I'm done, then all the other stuff.

And the last remaining 9.1% is the remaining existing content that still needs editing.

So when is the next release?

Great question... 

I won't give a firm date right now because I honestly don't know, but it should not take a significant amount of additional time (fingers crossed).

Right now I'm thinking between February 5th or 6th. (Just a few extra days from my traditional 2nd of the month release.) 

Having the extra weekend will give me a lot more time to work since I do have a day job. :)

Coding the script into the game is not difficult, just time-consuming for various reasons (#1 being I have to edit the script while I program to fit within the dialog window, #2 being my attention span). ^_^;

Here's the new branch tree (with the big new choice censored!)

If you don't recall, the "Virtually Zero" ending is the ending where Julian joins the Viotto family after Brandon drags Monika back home because Sebastian's identity is discovered.

These two new ending include a lot of Brandon! 

I will warn in advance, while there are no explicit incestual scenes and Monika is no longer 'with' Brandon in a romantic sense, there are heavily implied moments of Brandon / Monika's past relationship and Brandon's clear desire to reestablish their old relationship.
