Vynore finds a hole and Baylee comes to say hi!

Hello you amazing people!

I hope that your December has gone well so far. I'm going out later today to help the folks with some lights.

In the meantime, I realize that it's been quiet on the Sunwave Front so I wanted to show off some of what we've been cooking.

Writing

I am working on the next part of the main quest. It is big, already 5k words and still going. I am not sure if I will be satisfied with it to put it into the December update, but it is definitely close to finishing. Probably at 60%

Side Quests - Since the main quest is super ify right now, I have made sure to set up a number of side quests and scenes for the final update of the year.

This will include new content for the following characters.

Omi and Olera - The Sharkgirl Twins.

Triss - The investigative reporter

Vynore - Exploring a bit more with her on Island 1.

Tengot - Some new content with everyone's favorite crooked and manipulative corpo agent.

Art

Baylee

As you can see above, we have a new character joining the ranks. Baylee is a dark elf who grew up on the mean streets of Onakinii Island. I am testing a plan where she will be linked to Zatanka. With the cast growing as it has, it feels a bit easier to link characters together so that we almost have mini-casts within the casts. I'm not 100 percent sold on the concept since it means people may miss characters, but I feel like we can tell greater stories by linking characters together.

Vynore's Next Scene

What else can I say about this scene that is not already clear. We're returning to the gloryhole fun with Vynore. This scene will unlock when you help her out at her snack stand.

For all the Mode 1 fans, You will be happy to know that Vynore can visit the gloryhole and find other surprises there as well.

I will try to be better on my progress reports and updates going forwards in December.
