The pledge covers the character's creation, along with an introduction and or small quest amounting to 2000 words of dialogue.

With your direction, we will create a custom character and Quest (or just the Quest and well use existing characters) in my upcoming Sci Fi game Sunwave Hotel. Naturally, there is a lot of stuff to cover so that we make sure it is something you want to do.
