Switch Your Tiers
Added 2023-05-15 15:59:17 +0000 UTCIf you pre-ordered a skate deck, you need to manually change your tier so you don't get charged the same amount again. Me deleting the tier doesn't change your subscription to that tier. Patreon is really weird and annoying about this. Which is why I'm trying to transition to Etsy for things like this. And since Patreon automatically withdraws all the money from the Patreon account directly to my business account, and since I can't put money back INTO the Patreon account, I have to wait for the next round of charges before I have money in the Patreon account to start refunding people.
Sorry about this, you WILL get your money back. I'm also constrained by how Patreon runs its service. Thus is why I'm transitioning away from it for merch drops. Obviously stickers and cards will still be available here. But for future limited merch drops, patreon isn't quite as suited to this as I would've hoped.
