If this is talking about issues with new pledges, I've been going back and forth with support for two months about this. This is the final message I got.
"It is possible for a payment to be successful for existing membership using Sofort, however in your case since it's an upgrade it didn't go thru. That said, we've temporarily disabled Sofort as a payment method as we work to resolve this.
I'm unable to provide a timeline as to when we'll have this fixed, but in the meantime, you should be able to use our other payment methods options, such as PayPal or a credit card."
I tried three payments methods, two of which are credit cards, and they all get rejected. My ticket is left open and pending. PayPal might be a viable solution since it's a different system, but I don't have that.
