With Rebellions Game done, What's next?

I am fairly certain I saw this question floating around on what's next for Lionheart Studio's, Especially sense even though the Game part of rebellion is done, theirs still all the art stuff with it. And with 2026 on the Horizon what are the plans moving forward?

1: Lets get the big question out of the way first in terms of Rebellion and the H Scenes, The H Scenes as many of you know have been a work in progress sense the game started. Only 3 out of the 9 Ladies were finished and integrated into the game, even though many pictures were finished I wanted to make sure the Entire set was finished first before uploading it into the game, otherwise you'd see 1 maybe 2 pictures followed by a Black screen for a long time. So throughout 2026 I plan to finish the remaining pics for Rebellion and Update the Game itself as they are finished. Hence why I Refer to the Final Version as Ver 1.0 lol, The Good news is The Majority of Ladies are either done or almost done so you may not have to wait long thanks to many patrons commissioning the pictures over the years. Heck Except the Prim Update sometime in January, Right now I just want to Rest. I crunched 2 years of work in 6 months that was not fun so Burn out is real.

2: Patreon Rewards will be Reorganized and Reshuffled and Adjusted next year. Their were many Patreon Promises for the Game that were made but either people didn't participate, paid the tier and left or I couldn't keep the promised tier without compromising process and we'd just be at the Game dev stage as nausium. So I plan to get these Tiers to have more "Reasonable" Impact for Patrons moving forward, I want to make darn sure your getting your money's worth keeping me alive and afloat. And given what I am about to talk about coming right up, I want to start giving Patrons more Physical Merch moving forward, Digital is all well and good but as times have changed Digital stuff is getting more difficult to keep hold on. So With new projects under way and well we got a 3D Printer now may as well use it, I do plan to start giving Patrons Physical merch ranging from simple stickers, to full soft cover volumes, to standee's and more. But first I got to make the darn stuff lol, I also plan to continue what I Originally stated in the Patreon Rewards and continue the "Character Pin-up" series where you Vote for your favorite Ladies to get a Spicy pic of (And higher tier patrons get the Extra Spicy version), So you can expect that every month.

3: So with Rebellion done what's the next project? The Next major project is something I am far more passionate about and clearly many of you are looking forward to it as well. If you don't know many times on both my Discord and here on Patreon I've asked everyone between my two major projects which would you be more interested in? And sense everyone want's it The next major Project is going to be a Manga/Webcomic "Fantastical Exchange: My Wife is the Demon Lord". I'll begin production Proper in 2026 and get everyone a "Promotional Comic" so you can all see what the series about and begin true story production following it. Patrons can even create their own Characters for the series which I will be making a rule list for (Not everyone can have a Tiggs Biddy Succubus waifu yo) I'll post a proper Synopsis later on early 2026 so you get the idea. But with the Manga Project I do plan to make all kinds of Merch for you guys from the series so look forward to that.

4: I plan to open up a Ko-Fi account soon as I am aware theirs many Patrons who can't afford a monthly subscription to Patreon, plus given how some rumblings on the internet have been it maybe smart to keep back-up sites in the backpocket just in case. If you have ideas or locations to continue Lionheart Studio's longevity in these awkward times please let me know.

5: The Biggest Critique I have received over the years especially through Rebellions development has been "My Artwork sucks" And you guy's are right its not Good (Nor is it awful) but its stuck in that in between state of "Its alright". So With Rebellions Game development no longer a Priority, I can throw my whole back into developing my art skills. So yes I have heard your Critiques and Criticisms and I do indeed want to fix that. I want my work to be worth it!

With all that said 2026 is going to be a busy and constructive year, and I do hope you all will join me for that.

But 1 last thing before we go especially sense I have gotten SO MANY PEOPLE asking for it.

"Aren't you going to work on that Taimanin Asagi RPG?" : At the Time back in 2015/2016 I 100% would have but its 2026 now and their is a Taimanin Asagi RPG (Granted its a Predatory Gatcha game) But its a RPG that ticked the main box I was wanting to tick "A Softer, Vanilla, Action packed version of Asagi" and bonus we even have a 3D Action game to go with.

"What about Kuroinu Rebellion 2, aren't you going to make that?" Guys play the game and get to the ending and REALLY ask yourself. With this Ending IS THEIR ANY HOPE of their being a Sequel? Plus it took 10+ years to get 1 game done, I don't want to spend the rest of my life working on Fan Projects that'll won't go anywhere in life, Especially sense Rebellion got Copyright Strike from a VERY ANGRY and Disgruntled fan who wanted to destroy everything I worked on just because it wasn't HIS game.

"So dose that mean no more game projects?" Yes no more Game Projects moving forward, Specifically "No more game projects without a proper crew to help development" Remember Rebellion was originally a 5 year Project that became a 10+ year project because the crew I had working on it all left. Plus If I am going to do a game project it's not going to be a fan game project.

"Dose that mean no more Fan Projects?" No I'll still do a Fan project here or there but its mostly going to be for fun rather than as a job. Heck I want to make a few Doujins of my favorite ladies. Their just not going to be on the forefront and instead just a fun side project for when I don't need to stress. Just don't expect another Fan game Project thats all.
