2025-03-01 17:31:38 +0000 UTCHello Lucci, Don't worry, as it is quite exceptional, I understand the questioning 😉 If you are subscribed to the 2 terms per month, as a Hero tiers: Term 118: • 1 previous reward pack • +1 previous reward pack (as there is no video process in this pack) >> 2 previous reward pack Term 118: • 1 previous reward pack, as usual as there is a video process color for this one. So in total for the month, you can request 3 previous reward packs These are really exceptional cases, so it is not indicated in my FAQ. When it happens again I will indicate it to you in the message of the post.

In term 19 i could see there's process video available, and fier Hero still can to pick 2? Or it back to usual just 1? . I just want to make sure 🥹, already re read ur entire FAQ, but this one still bugged me
