General Update!

Hello everyone!

We've got some tasty updates in store for you today!

The DC Power Pack has had major strides when it comes to progress in the last few weeks.

Team Wilson's effort went into phase 4 while our associates worked on the DCPP, since we don't have many coders in that division, it was slow progress until Phase 4 was released, it also didn't help that Cam is developing the Power Pack Framework alongside it by himself.

We've now come to the point where we can say that the mod could be released this month and you guys will be getting an early build of it. You won't just be getting the DCPP early, you'll also be given access to The Power Pack Framework.

If you're a modder and want a head start with the framework, you'll be given links to a template project with the accompanying documentation to get you started. The framework itself is actually really easy to use, you just need to add the PPF as a required mod so people have it installed, otherwise the PPF related functions won't work like the power menu and the skin selector ;)

We'll let you know when the beta build is coming, hopefully you guys can report some bugs too.

Hey guys! we've got a John Wick Mod update for you today, it's just a general roadmap and what we plan in terms of updates.

First up, we would like to officially announce that we have in fact started work on Chapter 2, Rogue is the lead on the project and is taking up a few more tasks than he's used to (Like coding when Cam's not around) but it's coming along.

Second, i think a list of planned updates is appropriate since that's literally what I just said two rows up:

We'll start with Chapter 2, that will be releasing sometime in the next month or so. It's going to include characters and possibly some items that appeared in the second John Wick film and I may also end up adding some Chapter 1 characters that didn't appear in the launch version.

After Chapter 2 launches we'll be redirecting our work onto Chapter 3 pretty much immediately. Like the chapter before it, Chapter 3 will include characters and items from Parabellum. This is not the end of The John Wick Mod, though, as when the DC Power Pack and Power Pack Framework launch, we will be making an update including skins for certain characters.

To top it all off, when John Wick Chapters 4 and 5 release, I will also work on updates for those.  That's all I have to announce today, see you guys!

We've been talking about the Power Pack Framework a bunch today, it's been a main focus right along side the DCPP since it started.

Some people know what the framework has to offer, but for the people who don't know fully or at all, I'll list the current features of the framework.

- Power List:  You can add your custom powers to a power list that can enable and disable it, as well as appear along side powers from the Marvel Power Pack and the DC Power Pack.

- Skin Selector: You can add multiple skins to your characters which appear in a menu accessed via the context menu, just the Marvel Power Pack.

-Custom Body parts: You can change limbs and their textures to allow the possibility for body parts that go outside the bounds of the person skin template, like rocket raccoon.

And right now Cam's trying to merge that last two, so your skins can have their own custom body parts, which We have a buggy version working right now but as I said, still work in progress.

DCPP is probably our last power pack, that's why we are giving the power to you guys via the Power Pack Framework to make your own, whilst being united with ours! the Marvel Power Pack will be converted to use the framework when it is released, meaning all power packs will unite and work alongside each other.

The Wilson Mod still isn't in full development yet but will be straight after the DCPP is released. We had an alpha version that we showed off in the trailer that worked fine but had some odd bugs that we needed to fix, so we're thinking of starting from scratch, which isn't bad, just means it'll be better!

Lastly, Project NAM.

This sucker is reaaaal early on so from now on we've decided to not talk about it in our updates until we have some really solid progress that we can show off.

What we can say for now is that we're creating a brand new in house game engine that's got great progress and it's really quite cool.

That's all for now, most likely until the release of the DCPP, thank you for reading and supporting us, stay tuned for a DCPP beta build soon (sometime this month)

Cya!
