Here is this month's form to redeem your monthly sketch reward! There's no rush, so complete it at your leisure at any point during the month. If for whatever reason you don't quite get to it, no worries. I'll just assume you've opted to roll over the reward into next month (December) in order to unlock the second character.

There's also a space at the bottom for credit busts references. If you wish to have your name and character appear in the credit space of patron supported material then place a reference link in that space for said character. Otherwise I'll just use your patron name in bold. However, if you don't want to be credited as a supporter at all, then please leave a comment below or message me directly at your earliest convenience.
