The White Lotus, S3, Ep. 1 & 2 | What We're Watching

Here we go again!

We're kicking off a new season of What We're Watching following the latest season of HBO's The White Lotus week by week. This was a bit of an impulse decision largely by me, Michael, for two key reasons:

I wanted to force Tricia to watch so I could hear her perspective on S3, seeing as she hasn't seen the first two seasons. 😈
I wanted to see if a more publicly-accessible What We're Watching series might help grow the podcast.

That second bullet point is why we want to experiment with something different for this WWW ("For science!" as Vince would say)...

Moving forward, $5+ patrons will get early access to an episode (the Monday or Tuesday after an episode of White Lotus airs)
The episode will then be released publicly on YouTube the following Saturday morning.

The hope is that this format plays nicer with YouTube's algorithm and brings in new listeners-- we'll see what actually happens. We have some fun plans for even more What We're Watching content in the somewhat-near future!

Thank you for going on this ride with us (both the release experiment and the journey of White Lotus season 3), and may this season finally break the What We're Watching Curse 😬.
