Studying your Reference

Before drawing from reference, I first study the ref. Even if it's only for a few seconds. I take a lil time out to pick the key things of the ref like my line of action and main asymmetrical flow!
What you can do as a beginner to figure drawing is actually trace your ref to identify these key things. But I have already learned to identify them in my head. It comes with practice ;3
This really helps breakdown and understand your reference, making it easier to draw later!
