apparently, they are just another mass produced robot girl with a design inspired from the Neptunia anime..
but these models have an AI with free will, thanks to their master that gave them this ability, both have a personality 99% accurate. to their anime inspirations..
but this comic shows an accident that occured to them both.. that was a bit to much for them to handle
