The shades almost caused a war of worlds and were a big threat, so many rulers of different planets were into this hard decision if they should strike Lunaria with nukes, but others voted the opposite. Even if they decided to not destroy the planet, they still reunite in a meeting once a year to check on the status of the shield and progress on the cure. The characters of the pic are the descendants (except Umbra's mom) of the first members of the galactic reunion, and they are handling the situation like experts X""D
