Patron survey findings! Bi is back?? Geese and/or Goose!

Hey friends,

Hope you’ve all been hanging in there(!!!). Thank you again to everyone who filled out our 2025 patron survey—I’ve really enjoyed reading through your responses. I’m hoping to talk about this more in a future Gender Conceal, but in the meantime, here are a bunch of stray findings:

• The majority of respondents have been listening to the podcast for 4+ years, which is wild to me. Thank you so much for sticking around!

• More than 1/3 of respondents identified as bisexual, which was surprising in a cool way! I thought bisexuality was out, but we are bringing it back baby why not! (Relatedly, 14% self-described as pansexual, 14% as asexual, 25% as t4t, and 7 total people as both straight and cis)

• 13% of respondents self-identified as Jewish

• Only 23% of respondents said they were definitively not autistic and/or ADHD

• Eight respondents got married last year, ten got divorced, and three joined a thruple! (What if all three were from the same thruple???) Thanks to everyone who sent me your relationship gossip in the “other” field, that was so nice of you :)

• Write-in answers from the “in terms of gender, how do you describe yourself” question included māhū, androgyne, post-binary, communist, hot alien, butch bottom, swamp witch, librarian, ugh, AHHHHHHH, and “whatever the moon and the ocean have going on”

• One person wrote in to say that they don’t listen to the podcast anymore because their earbuds broke

Sorry to bring back the anagram game, which I don’t think anyone likes except me, but next week on the show, we will be speaking with an author whose name anagrams to elm masking, gas milkmen, and ask lemming! Wow, a great name for anagramming.
