(ANIM WIP) Actually Moving This Time

For the first 2d animation I've made in about a year or two, this seems to be coming together very nicely! I didn't expect Scroobie's arm to actually look that great during motion but hey whatever works ^-^
I'll be posting more as I go, thanks a bunch for supporting me, I adore each and every one of you <3
