The orchestrators of society figured out long ago that sports is an excellent vehicule to mold and advance their agenda for society without anybody truly noticing. Its like music. Our critical sense simply don't function the same under leisurely activities like watching sports or listening to music so its the perfect avenue. Trojan Horse phenomenon. All that to say that in 3 majors sports I've observed (NHL, NBA, NFL), an agenda to soften the populace of men was fully enacted. To do so, they used 3 carefully crafted sports assets that came in their respective league at an interval of 6 years max (basically the same era). These athletes are Lebron James, Tom Brady and Sidney Crosby. With all these three guys, the have SAME NARRATIVES, SAME CAREER ARC, and even SAME WEAKNESSES for the most part. They all were/are averse to physicality and the leagues went above and beyond to soften and increment new rules to solely benefit them under the pretense of said rule working the same for everyone (additional rest day in the finals for Lebron and a change in playoffs format for Crosby so he'd face weaker opponents in the earlier rounds). All of them only could function on absolute stacked teams, played on historically weaker than average conferences/divisions, have had major controversies just swept under the rug like nothing happened to get their ring (deflate gate, draymond suspension, Tom Wilson suspension etc. They also are very high level but nonetheless almost one or two trick ponies and thus benefited alot from matchups adjustments to succeed (Lebron has never dominated in any series ever a good center let alone a great one to the point those series always go 7 games or he gets ousted). I could go on and on and on but the pattern is crystal clear here. Brady has so much gal to talk about how the game is soft now when he was the major component in softening it like loool. And some players are getting tired of staying quiet on the issue as we saw Alex Smith rightly pointing the fact that Tom simply cant be talking.
