FILMING

The last two reactions I filmed this past week had a new audio issue there was no reason to expect or anticipate, even after the full day of troubleshooting I had on Monday. I'm taking this Monday to fix the new problem + install the last piece of hardware that will arrive (and may solve the new problem by itself, actually). Seriously: if Monday gets squared away and then an audio issue bites me later in the week again, I'm hiring an audio engineer to come to my house and personally exorcise the demon in my setup.

Streams are as scheduled because there's live chat feedback that can let me know there's a problem in the moment. Filming is trickier because even with audio tests immediately before filming, something can still go wrong and I won't know about it until I'm editing.

And on top of this madness, I have a dentist appointment this Wednesday and can't film anyway. 🙃 So, I'll be filming Shine if at all possible, and then if I'm lucky and confident with the audio situation after that I'm going to (cautiously) take a shot filming as much Spirealm as I can. Everything else is on hold this week. Alien Stage is still dropping on Youtube this Friday because I wound up a week ahead of the release schedule.

This is frustrating and ridiculous for everyone involved and I'm so sorry for the chaos. I'm continuing to do everything I can to get it all back into reliable shape, and I'm not gonna stop until it's finally d o n e. <3
