Hey everyone! I'm excited to share the latest update:
Completely revamped animation system – now based on UE5's skeleton and fully compatible with MetaHumans.
Reworked and improved inventory – now (hopefully) fully functional for UE5.5+.
Added sample equipment and a MetaHuman-compatible body to the project.
Working AI system with multiple behaviors and faction support:
Uses points of interest and selects them dynamically.
Includes ranged and melee enemy types.
Supports various tasks: chasing, searching, patrolling, attacking, etc.
Behavior trees are modular, making it easy to adapt AI for different needs.
(At this stage, interactions like doors, ladders, and buttons are not yet implemented.)
Additional features:
Item pickup using IK hands.
Sprint mechanics.
Character stats (health, stamina, hunger, thirst) – added but temporarily disabled for testing.
