The 9895 Dump: A Brief History

Based simply on the incredible story they purport to tell, these documents were tainted with an air of forgery from the moment they were received at Phenomen-X in the summer of 2018. Still, their existence required careful research — ongoing — and the fact that they point towards one of the most famous sets of forged documents in the world (the MAJESTIC-12 documents) did little to assuage us of such fears. Still, their provenance remains questionable and they cannot be dismissed out-of-hand.  

These documents arrived via a weblink sent to us by an 11-time poster on the Phenomen-X boards, ITRICTIAN. We were told to click the link to learn more about "the American response to terrestrial non-human intelligences." Since that time, attempts to contact or locate ITRICTIAN have failed (the anonymous subjects' IP address led private investigators to a Kinko's Copies shop in Iowa).

In total, 22 PDF files were downloaded (one is provided in the link; be on the look out for the rest in our upcoming book The Executive Committee from Lore Books in 2019) before the link died. Initially, there appeared to be over 50 folders, each containing between 10 and 20 PDF files each, but despite our best efforts, only 22 files were successfully downloaded, covering perhaps 300 pp. of documentation. These documents told a fascinating tale.

Far from creating a new mythology around the UFO threat and such as Roswell, Aztec and others, the 9895 documents seem to be creating a parallel mythology, or, if they are real, revealing a whole new level to our reality. Reading between the lines the documents seemed to indicate that Earth, in addition to being threatened by entities from other worlds was home to at least 11 other non-human intelligences. Documentation exists that identifies 6 of the 11 mentioned, including such creatures as "aquatic humanoids," "necrophageous human-hybrids," "near-human subterranean metamorphs."   

The 5859 Dump: Forensic Analysis

Rigorous research into the documents provided in the link have been met with a split decision by the Phenomen-X team. Various tells (incorrect heading information based on dates, evidence of digital tampering and other anachronistic word-uses) indicate at least some of the documents are forgeries. Still, the most startling discovery was an unclassified document — a public schedule for President Kennedy in the summer of 1962 that appears to corroborate the strange "DG-9895" on the bottom of page 3.

"Meeting with DG-9895 committee" is listed along with other such mundane activities as tea, and dinner with the Prime Minister of Sweden. It is this nugget that has given the documents its name. Later investigation into this group proved difficult, though it was confirmed that in addition to President Kennedy, Secretary of Defense Robert McNamara and only one other could be identified — Doctor Joseph Camp (deceased). Camp was a field agent for the OSS, an intelligence officer for various secret agencies throughout his lifetime, and his last official posting as a soldier was his name on flight manifest into Roswell Army Air Field in July 1947.
