Primal Demon Sketch! A demogorgon inspired creature!

As promised, here we are with a rough sketch for the Primal Demon, a Demogorgon inspired creature, as suggested by Raven burns!
As with the beholder inspired Gazers, I opted to avoid using the exact same described concept DnD and wotc have for the demogorgon, and instead opted to use written inspiration from key elements in Raven's suggestion, arriving to this massive creature, which sports 2 mandrill heads and 1 snake head, crow and bat wings, put together in a muscular body build and carrying a flaming sword for battle.
In all aspects the Primal demon has been tailored to be one of the strongest looking creature designs among Librarium battlers!
His intended size when next to humanoids!
You can certainly expect his map sprite to be quite big as well!
The Primal Demon will make its animated debut somewhere in this coming week, stay tuned!
