Mermaid shibari

I was inspired by this cool novel by Laura Pugno, "Sirene" (it's in Italian but I would keep an eye out for translations because it's REALLY good), which is basically half a sci-fi novel and half twisted fairytale about this unspecified not-so-distant future where mermaids are kept in captivity for meat and breeding. It's a chilling metaphor of the illusion of man's control over nature and a nice prompt for reflecting on the relationship between humanity and nature but also of man and woman. 10/10, I definitely recommend it to anyone who can get their hands on it.
