So this episode helped me understand a very traumatic event that happened to me as a child. I just want to say thank you guys for making this episode.

I get very frequent sleep paralysis, think 2-3 times a week. To the point that I see the “demons” as friends. The hat man feels like a protector. The old woman, I call her granny, smells of cookies. I love them

This was always one of my favorite episodes. Used to deal with sleep paralysis a lot

I've always had super vivid nightmares, and sometimes in my sleep I start telling myself to move or scream, but I just can't. I usually slowly wake up as this is happening, so I can't do much cause my body isn't awake yet. My husband wakes up to me making super quiet cries and just holds me until I relax and wake up or fall back asleep. I usually only remember parts of it happening. I also sometimes have night terrors and those are wild, but harder for me to remember.

Has anyone else ever fought back against this sleep paralysis demon? I did and I haven't had it happen to me since.

As someone who just had sleep paralysis 2 nights ago this perfectly timed. I've always wanted to know more but I'm to lazy to google
