Here is a youtube video on how to make it with the blueprints in the description." Sure they'll lose the chance of becoming a millionaire for it but quite frankly that's how most these people get killed or lives ruined. Great work as always guys. The so called water car was probably just a regular hydrogen engine and the dude lied about the breaking water down thing, everything else including the water exhaust would work on that. Nevermind that even if this isn't perpetual motion it's got a margins that's far far too small to be even slightly viable. (Oil companies did also put in work against hydrogen cars as well iirc)
