Yeah he's still smart and clever... but he's really not thinking things through very well. I'm not sure how a single small artillery ship like that is going to stop an entire castle/kingdom, especially given the kind of advances they could have made in the previous 20 years, not to mention was it probably a near golden age for the Koopa Kingdom. I'm honestly wondering if Kamek will, instead of trying to penetrate the armor, will simply just disperse the cloud from under Jugem. That'd end his plans real quick.
