Yet another Idea that I've been holding onto for a while, only about when I finished it did I realize another artist was doing a "Frill themed" prompt for the month so it fit perfectly~
I loooooove Maid Outfits, they're so cute and detailed that it makes me wish I had something like this =w= hopefully in due time...ANYwho
