Okay, sure, I use things like Doritos, jars of queso, and Red Lobster cheddar bay biscuits in my recipes....but I also love me a good salad!
My approach to health & nutrition is and always will be balance. And I think salads are a great way to incorporate a balanced meal into your day.
They are extremely easy to bulk up with veggies that are masked by the flavor of tasty condiments!
The last salad I posted was a huge hit so I want to start doing more of these.
