If you have tried my Egg Roll Bowl and enjoyed it, you'll like this one!
It is actually kind of a variation of the Egg Roll Bowl, with some added sweetness from brown sugar and acidity from lime juice. And just like the Egg Roll Bowl recipe, you can easily add a level of heat to this by topping with some sriracha, a little chili oil, or crushed pepper flakes!
Warning - If you do make this, please please please use the largest pan you can find. Preferably a wok. I pushed the limit with my pan and it was a bit of a disaster lol. Definitely should have used my wok. I have notes on the notes page on this. So be sure to check that out.
For those of you that have tried the Egg Roll Bowl and end up trying this one, I'm interested to hear which one you like better!

Found a Kohlrabi slaw on sale at the local shop, so used a few bags of that in lieu of the cabbage. Added a dash of fish sauce and topped with a little sriracha mayo - perfection! I don't usually love stir fries, so I was super pleased by this. So much food!
