Chicken Parm Spaghetti

The people have spoken! Last week I asked in the Facebook group, which recipe you wanted this week.....and the Chicken Parm Spaghetti was the clear winner. So here it is. If you are not a member of my Facebook group, I highly recommend joining. It's the easiest way for me to communicate with everybody here on Patreon. The group name is Safe Space Nutrition. This recipe is something I have actually been wanting to make for a while now. But as I'm sure you know, there are certain criteria I try to stick to for my recipes. Under 500 calories, high protein, and budget friendly. Chicken Parm is typically a higher calorie meal, so I had to play around with the ingredients white a bit.

With that being said, you can always make adjustments to this to make it even tastier. For example, topping with some extra parm, or maybe some shredded Mozzarella.

For the sauce, I just went the simple route. If you want to bring some extra flavor to this dish, you can either add some seasoning to the sauce I used, or spend a little extra money on a more flavorful sauce such as Rao's.

We all enjoyed this- mixed spinach right into the pasta and served with roasted broccoli for extra veggies

Family approved. Only had one serving left after husband and son went back for seconds.
