Cheesy Chicken Zucchini Bake

Okay, well....I posted a picture of this dish in my Facebook support group, and told them I was thinking about holding off on posting it until November, since it has a bit of a Thanksgiving vibe to it. And you guys basically attacked me and demanded I post it NOW lol. You all know how much I love you and want to please you. So here it is :)
I promise you, this dish has SO much flavor! And it's so easy to bulk it up with more chicken, veggies, or even serve it with something like rice or pasta if you need more calories.
This recipe is a bit higher in fat compared to some of my others. But if you need to lower the fat, that can easily be accomplished by swapping out the cheese for a reduced fat or fat free version.
I really hope everybody gets a chance to try this one!
Next week's recipe is one that I'm really excited about as well. It's a new version of a burrito bowl. If you aren't aware, there is already a burrito bowl available. It's a Frito Burrito Bowl, and definitely worth trying in my opinion.
