I don't know, maybe I'm just on a rice kick lately but man.....this recipe flew to the top of my favorites list! Right up there with the Firecracker Ground Chicken!
I know how much a lot of you love the Queso Blanco Pasta recipe, so hopefully this one is a fan favorite as well.

Eating this right now! Itβs pretty good but Iβm curious to know what it would taste like with salsa con queso π€ Iβm not a huge fan of the queso blanco so for those that are like me.. try it before pouring the whole jar in the dish π I think I wouldβve liked it a lot more if I halved the jar.
