First off, my apologies for the audio in the video. I've been feeling under the weather for about two weeks now and you can definitely hear it in my voice and energy in the video. Hoping to get better soon and get back to posting more bonus content here and more nutrition education content on my social media pages (for those of you that enjoy that content as well).
With that being said, I'm super excited about this recipe. This is a new "Zach Favorite" if that means anything to you. I'd say it's in my top 5 favorite meal prep recipes so far. It's just got so much flavor that you just want to eat more and more.
For anybody concerned about the spiciness, some of the other ingredients really balance it out so it has a nice flavor without an overwhelming amount of heat. Keep in mind, if you use a different brand of hot sauce than I used, that may change things. So be cautious of that.
