I know that there are a few members on here that really love these bento boxes. So hopefully this is a good one to add to the rotation.
But for those of you that haven't tried them out, let's take a look at some of the pros of these simple little meals.
- Time saver: There's no cooking involved. There's also no need to heat them before eating like a normal meal.
- Convenient: You can make them the day before, or sometimes multiple days ahead depending on what all goes in them.
- Variety: Because it's not a traditional meal prep, you can switch things in and out to keep it interesting throughout the week.
- Nutritious: If you notice, these bento boxes are all still under the 500 calorie range and pretty high in protein. But they also offer quite a bit of fiber. Some of them coming in at over 10 grams.
These are just a few ways that something as simple as a little bento box can make your journey easier :)
