I'm always excited about copycat recipes! This one especially because I just love pasta so much :)
And when I realized the cost and the calories of the original Applebee's version, I knew I needed to attempt a macro friendly version.
I think it turned out pretty well.

I made this tonight. Doubled the recipe just in case other folks in the house wanted some. Next time I'll triple it! At least I squirreled away enough for work lunches this weekend before it was devoured

2023-05-08 16:34:59 +0000 UTCI make Pizza Omelettes! 2 eggs, 2 egg whites, 2TBSP shredded low fat mozz cheese, turkey pepperoni diced up, 2 tbsp pizza sauce. Then I dip it in my "magic ranch" - 1 tub cottage cheese with a splash for fat free fairlife and 1/4c ranch seasoning - blend it all up, my kids can't tell the difference!
