Peaches & Cream Overnight Oats

A couple of months ago, I asked everybody how they felt about using specialty items in recipes. It was pretty much 50/50. Some said it made life easier, some said they wanted everything from scratch.
These overnight oats do use a specialty yogurt (Dannon Light & Fit Peach), but this recipe is very easily altered if you can't find that particular yogurt. Simply sub in a serving of your favorite vanilla Greek yogurt in it's place. You may just need to add a little more chopped peaches, or maybe even a little peach juice from your can of peaches.
But if you love peaches, you'll definitely want to try this one :)

Yes. I use rolled oats for overnight oats.
