Okay, first off....the calories, macros, and cost for this recipe are listed in accordance to my traditional 6 servings per recipe format. I think for most people, these portions will probably be too large..
So I have provided instructions on how to recalculate the calories and macros on the notes page. Obviously if you have any questions or need help, you can just drop a comment.
With that being said, if you saw my post on Facebook about my cookbook, you know that this was initially going to be a cookbook exclusive recipe. So much time has passed now that I figured I would just go ahead and post the cookbook recipes that I had prepared, for you all here on Patreon. Once I am ready to circle back around to releasing a cookbook, I'll come up with something else.
Also, because this recipe was done last year, this was before I started adding fiber to the PDF. Since this is mostly meat, there wouldn't be much fiber in it anyway so I opted to skip it. But don't worry, new recipes will continue to have fiber counts added.
I am very excited to share this with my Patreon supporters because I absolutely love meatloaf. As you can see, this is a "meat only" recipe. So what you serve on the side will be left up to you.
