I love that y'all loved this album. I went to the record store with my allowance when I was 10 (1975) and bought my first 3 albums ever: Empty Sky, Elton John, and Tumbleweed Connection. Early Elton has a special place in my heart. I know you've already heard Your Song from his self-titled album, but I highly recommend the whole thing. I wouldn't complain if you just went chronologically through his entire catalogue. But I'd really like to see you check out Don't Shoot Me I'm Only the Piano Player. I'm particularly interested in Have Mercy on the Criminal. Maybe just that song?
