As far as this song not being on the HOTH album, Page had become more and more addicted to heroin at this point and began contributing less so they reworked left over material from earlier albums for much of Physical Graffiti. By the time In Through The Out Door was being recorded Pages contributions were minimal at best and John Paul Jones was becoming the primary composer.
