Broken Links/Videos Not Working?! (SOLUTION)
Added 2022-01-28 14:22:01 +0000 UTCHey guys! Not all of you but a good chunk of you guys have been experiencing various videos not working, I think it's due to the device used/the way the device is accessing patreon, it's basically Patreon not properly supporting all possible systems.
THE SOLUTION: My plan is to go through and add backdoor links to the video descriptions of the videos, so if a video for any reason is not working for you, boom click the link right in the description of the video and it will pull it up for you no problems.
It will take a bit for me to do that for all the videos, and I will post updates, though for the meantime, if you have videos you want to watch but can't get into, shoot me a direct message here on patreon and I will personally get you the link as fast as I'm able to.
That's the solution if you want to change nothing with how you access patreon, if you want to solve the issue from happening at all for yourself permanently, you may have to play around with how you are accessing patreon, things to try, if you are using the website, try the app, if you're using the app, try the website, try the website from a browser app like (chrome/firefox/safari/edge etc), try it from a laptop/desktop computer. There are device/access configurations that patreon has straight up dropped the ball on and I'm sorry for that.
I actually have intentions on setting up a 1-hour help session EVERY week to help anybody with any type of issue at all, could be somebody who wants to solve the issue forever, somebody who wants to lower/raise their pledge, somebody who wants to cancel and doesn't know how, somebody who wants to get on discord but are confused on how to do so, it will be like an open door zoom call thing where I will let you guys know ahead of time what the hour window is and will post a link to the call and whoever jumps in can jump on in, I want to you guys to have a good experience and tech problems SUCK, let me help you out!
