New WIP and need help!

Here's a new WIP of the next page: it still needs work, but it's slowly coming along!
However, I need your help and suggestion for two things:
1- You might notice a large question mark in the bottom right corner. Any idea of what I could put there? I was going for an obvious foot shot, but I'm opened to other suggestions! :)
2- I'd also be opened to suggestions about some dialog for the bottom panel, as I don't really know what Fox could be saying (other than things like "this is my best non-birthday gift to meeee!" or "I wonder if you'll howl more if I just go HERE!?").

Maybe getting red from all the laughing~ Fox maybe saying something like "The big bad Wolf O'Donnell...a ticklish little pup~ >;3" as for Wolf's dialogue, that depends on if this is the last page or not xD
