Quick update!
Added 2024-11-22 04:18:09 +0000 UTCHey guys I fell last night from a few feet up straight onto my back and am having a really hard time doing anything because I’m so insanely sore/in pain. Been taking some stuff to try and relieve the pain but it’s not doing much, I’ll see how I feel tomorrow for getting more videos uploaded. Still have another day of work to go and today was a nightmare with the pain, I’ve been in bed all evening trying to rest.

We must be joined at the hip somehow because I dont know what happened but my lower back is in real pain right now and it hasnt hurt like this in many years, it feels just like being back at the warehouse lifting boxes all day. It still hurts right now, and it really hurts getting up or bending over. I really feel for ya man, and I hope you recover soon. Did this happen at work? (Wasnt clear in your post), and if at work I hope you file a claim and get some paid time off work to recover. Some people dont realize that even a few feet up can cause alot of pain too, it doesnt have to be extremely high up. Im afraid of heights by the way.
