I don't disagree about the locations and cinematography. It's more about the scenes themselves and how they all come together and mesh with the song. In the other mvs I mentioned, almost every scene stands out by itself cinematically, with unique ways of conveying the song. On Identity, while there are some shots I really like, most of it relies on the filling the screen with a lot of dancers, which is fine, but just doesn't seem as interesting or compelling in terms of rewatchability, to me.

And yes, I think they are trying to reach out more. I think that Korea, in particular, are getting tired of Twice, (I'm not sure if tired is the correct term to use) but the West is just getting to know them!

They performed japanese songs at the fan meet for the first time, I think, and the mv was even posted on the jyp channel this time instead of the twice japan channel. As for the mv, I don't feel like it's on par with the other mvs that studio has done so far (ABCD, I Got You and Do Not Touch). I didn't like this song, so it's unlikely that I'll be rewatching it as much as the other ones. They do look great in those red outfits though...
