Skyrim SE - Blood Elf race

• Chose "Blood Elf" race in the racemenu, (Showracemenu command)
To get clothes:
• Craft clothes at the Forge, or
• Enter in the console "Help Blood 0" - and find ARMO ID
• Then add the clothes to your inventory - "Player.additem ID 1"
Also:
• Change hair color as you like.
• The head matches Vanilla male body.
• Has chargen slider body weight adjustment.
