Your enjoyment is important too! That's why i think you should work on characters you like. But since you are looking for suggestions, please check out Fiona frost, Kana Sukoya or Peko mama if possible. More hinata and Rikuhachima Aru would be great too in my opinion, if you don't mind working on them again.
