While the Overlook Hotel's caretaker and I both took a retreat for relaxation and added focus on our writing, hopefully that's where our similarities end. π I reached my word count milestone; no, it wasn't because of padding it with: 'All work and no play makes Aelsa a dull girl' over and over again, but I'm going to stop these film references before anyone results to red rum to get through this post. (I couldn't blame you for either interpretation. π·πͺ)
Starting tomorrow, my hiatus comes to an end and TFS Patreon will be up and running!
Over the last month, I've had a chance to write, come up with content ideas, and work on other things that I'll be sharing with you in the coming days. I'm excited! You all have been so kind and supportive throughout this hiatus and beyond, but it's lovely to get back into the swing of things with posts that will further immerse you in Fernweh, art offerings, and our continued exploration of Book Two's alpha. January's Content Schedule will be releasing in the next few days, likely the 3rd, after I have settled on its layout. (I have a lot of ideas!)
Most importantly, I'm wishing you all a happy and healthy 2025!
