Journeying across more mysterious lands the party hears tales of a dried pond in the middle of the barren grasslands. Cradled by a crescent moon, the water remnants pool in colorful puddles. Tinted by minerals...or arcane components? Each one a window into another world holding secrets.

Something a little different and fun for this map set. I was interested in creating a sort of wild nexus hub for magic, with the ability to travel to different planes via the puddles. Or a fey portal system of sorts. This one would fit in well for random feywild adventures and lives in the same realm of my Isle of Dreams set; going back to that dreamlike and wild magic locale. Playing off the "magical hub" concept, I wanted to show mirrored versions of the area in different states of life and decay. Giving your party a place to visit multiple times and show the progress of quest choices.
