Ok the end of this reaction was trash. We are here supporting you to see your reaction/thoughts about the anime, not about the Animation. It's fine if you have thoughts about the Animation but it is literally the only thing you reacted to at the end. You should have gave your thoughts or reviews about the story as well. So the end part was trash as well, sorry to say.

Yeah and it doesn't help that this version didn't include the captions that basically told what the manga says.

The final scenes were still-frames because it's the best way to convey the fact that a good amount of time had passed and emphasizes the struggle leading to inevitable defeat. In the manga they state he held chisaki off and protected Eri for 5 MINUTES without his quirk. Manga also didn't show any of the fight after he lost his quirk and just cut to him being stabbed.

Bro it was montaged for dramatic effect its cinematography the music and facial expressions where supoose to do the trick. I enjoyed it I didn't think it was lazy i believe it was done in an artistic manner.

Boruto is something I watch out of obligation now because I want it to be great but they really need to adapt manga content soon. In January they’re supposed to adapt the Mujina Bandit Arc and I know for sure that will be lit.

I thought in the manga he was fighting for a good 5 minutes with no quirk but they couldn't include it all into one episode so they went with this. Kind of sucks but if it spilled into 2 episodes it wouldn't have been the same.

just so you know, the reason its frames and not animated is because non of that was in the manga, they came up with all that themselves, the manga just cuts to him at the end so with no manga information to work off they decided to add a little bit extra for context but obviously couldnt do too much without stepping on the authors toes so to speak.
