This isn’t just a gameplay pack! It’s a storytelling experience focused on medical conditions that real people live with every day.
Asthma, Sickle Cell, Diabetes, Lupus, ADHD, Anxiety, and more! All reimagined in The Sims 4 with care, education, and heart.
Each trait will come with new social interactions, story-driven buffs, flare-up moments, and wellness check-ins that help you tell the stories you’ve never been able to before.
Because representation means every condition counts.

This first volume will focus on physical and chronic conditions. From managing symptoms to celebrating strength.
You’ll be able to tell authentic stories about resilience, rest, and the beauty of everyday survival.

Need this had a cousin die from sickle cell my grandma died from diabetes 2 of my aunt and one of my cousin and little sister have it also my 2 little sister have anxiety u be hitting home with this but I love it keep push its really good to see someone out there care and that we can take out sims and tell stories and my aunt who has diabetes also has asthma seeing this makes me wanna cry thank u Jaye ❤️
