Perfume - May's 2025 Reward
Added 2025-07-04 14:58:28 +0000 UTCLook like I made it in time. As promised, I made a detailed background because the character's detail is pretty plain for this one. In the end, a normal set still took me 10 days like I have done before. However, I really hope you guys like what you are seeing and it will be worth your patience. I will still need a few days to make variants and write dialogue but basically this is it.
About this work, I had a lot of trouble while making it. Drawing this hard angle is one thing, making its background was a pain. As you can see on every pool, it's very spacious and empty, not much there to add. Most of the time, I really need to think what to add so that the piece won't be too boring. But drawing more people or characters will extend the waiting time so it's not possible. Well, I nailed it somehow and I can say I am pretty satisfied with it. Last time I failed when I made this kind of setting so I am very glad that this time I have enough time to challenge it again.
I will be back with the Reward Preview soon. After this piece, I will make another normal set then we finish May's work. I wanna try something more bold and direct this time. A set with both Nerissa's sisters is not a bad idea, isn't it. Of course, it's just a normal set so you can't expect something too big but I will try my best.

Yeah, some private resort is my goal this time but...there are not many things in the pool to draw so this was really a headache when I was finding ideas to fill the background. Anyway, I'm glad that you like it. I am making final touch and then.. the dialogue. Well, let's look forward to the next set. It's basically done for Kiara until I start to make a grand set for June's reward.

The background is gorgeous and compliments Kiara perfectly, and the details you sprinkled throughout were well thought out for the pool environment and really bring it to life. It makes me feel like we're on vacation at a resort and we snuck out to the pool with Kiara for some naughty fun. I really like the use of mountains and elevated terrain in the background to show the sprawling town beyond and break up the sky a bit, but the night sky is gorgeous as well. This piece has lots of cool colors that go with the night feel and complement Kiara's swimsuit. There's something poetic about having all of these cooling colors around a phoenix who's getting hot and bothered regardless. She cannot be contained. Just look at those thighs. Thank you as always for your hard work. Excellent piece! I'm looking forward to seeing the rest of it. I like the sound of a set with both of Nerissa's sisters, too! Take care and good luck!

Although it's only a small part of the illustration, there's so much to look at! Is it's the details that really elevate it all. Great work all around! I'm excited to see the rewards preview.
