Celeste Academy - Second Date

She does not want to lose Aurora’s warmth again. Carida is opening and closing her hand to feel Aurora’s tenderness return once more. She starts rolling around her bed while daydreaming about that little date she had with Aurora.

“Your ring. It needs to have an emerald on it.”

Those words — they are still ringing in her ears.

She squeezes the pillow up her face. That was the kind of date she had fantasized about during high school.

Carida lifts herself up from her bed and peers through the window. The day hasn’t even passed yet.

But that memory is eternal.

She lets out a long sigh. The homework she has to do for tomorrow is on the desk, but all she can think about is that date. Maybe Carida should do something else before she wastes the whole day being mesmerized by Aurora.

Carida grabs her phone from the desk before flinging herself back to the bed. She is scrolling through the web and then remembers what the Love Witch had said to her: there are twelve choices and one of them will be her true love.

Aurora has to be one of the twelve.

“And that means — there are eleven more to choose from.”

Carida gasps after realizing she has said that aloud.

She closes her eyes. “Sorry Aurora,” Carida is talking to herself as if Aurora is in the room, “I would love to handle your heat.” The warmth from Aurora’s hands is dissipating bit by bit and Carida feels a bit of remorse.

“But,” Carida says, opening her eyes and seeing the Wondr app appear in her vision, “I have to meet the eleven other dates.”

The future is going to be quite romantic for her.

Hello, my name is Mima. Most people will know me as the owner of the Chocola Cafe outside the Celeste Academy and a contestant in The Best Attuned Baker of Them All. It is my first time using an application like Wondr, so do forgive me if I make some mistakes.
I am looking for a partner who is loving, responsible, and caring. She should know that I want to keep the business growing and that I cannot always give attention to her. That said, I will still think about her deeply when I make the chocolate lattes for my customers.
